The Dalla Corte Evolution 3 Groups slowly infuses coffee grounds with water prior to extraction. The system forms a natural air pocket until the optimal pressure has been achieved; this gentle technique prevents your grounds from being damaged by harsh pre-infusion methods.
Independent & Automated Cleaning Cycles
Every brew head and the steam boiler has its own cleaning cycle, which allows each unit to be cleaned autonomously.
Computer-Enabled Interface
The Digital Control System (DCS) allows the Dalla Corte Evolution 3-Group to be programmed using a serial connection to a laptop or hand-held computing device. Users can also control the Evolution as well as review usage and download machine data into an Excel document with the Online Control System (OCS).
